Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) - Remote First

Your Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) to join our growing digital advertising team. If you’re passionate about paid search, data-driven optimization, and turning insights into performance, this role is for you.

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max (PMAX)
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met
• Analyze data and prepare clear, insightful written reports and analytics summaries
• Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate internally to support performance marketing initiatives (non-client-facing role)

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMAX) end-to-end
• Intermediate skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Background in performance marketing with a strong analytical mindset
• Excellent written communication skills, especially for reporting and analysis
• Reliable internet connection and able to work night shift (US time)

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Usermaven or similar analytics and ticketing tools
