WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our CSR Training Specialist, you will be at the heart of our training operations, creating engaging content and running live, high impact sessions via Zoom.

• Lead 1 on 1 and group Zoom training sessions covering company guidelines, role expectations, and client specific brand concierges.
• Conduct interactive training on top platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Re:Amaze, and Shopify.
• Design engaging modules, guides, and presentations using Trainual, Moodle, Loom, and Canva.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and offer constructive feedback to set our team members up for long term success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of BPO Customer Service experience.
• 1 to 2 years of hands on Customer Service Training experience.
• Virtual Assistant and E-Commerce industry background (Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk).
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Monday.com) and creation tools (Canva, Loom, Trainual) is a huge plus.
• High energy, exceptional coaching abilities, and strong written and verbal communication.

Work From Home Technical Setup

• Internet: Fiber, Cable, or DSL LAN connection (Min. 25 Mbps) + Backup connection (Min. 15 Mbps).
• Hardware: Laptop or Desktop (Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, minimum 8GB RAM).
