The digital platforms ecosystem is evolving rapidly, with new alliances shaping how enterprises transform and grow across EMEA. EPAM’s partnerships team sits at the intersection of technology, consulting and industry expertise, connecting partner capabilities to client transformation agendas.
In this hybrid London-based role, you will shape how EPAM and its partners create new value, open client opportunities and accelerate growth.
The mandate is to build senior relationships and drive joint go-to-market strategies that matter in the market.
The work ensures that digital platforms partnerships deliver measurable impact for clients and partners alike.
Responsibilities
- Drive the expansion and strategic development of EPAM’s key digital platform partnerships across EMEA
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across strategic technology partners and their wider ecosystems
- Co-create and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline, open new client opportunities and accelerate revenue growth
- Identify whitespace opportunities where partner capabilities can be combined with EPAM’s consulting, engineering, data and digital expertise
- Partner with business units, sales, industry leaders, solution teams and marketing to develop strategic account and market growth plans and work with EPAM solution experts to shape differentiated joint propositions and offerings around key digital platforms
- Connect partner strategy into broader client transformation agendas, including customer experience, commerce, marketing technology and digital engagement
- Set and track KPIs around partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue and joint client success
- Represent EPAM at industry events, executive forums and partner summits to strengthen market visibility and senior relationships
- Lead strategic partner planning, governance and QBRs, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and measurable outcomes
- Maintain strong awareness of the evolving digital platforms ecosystem, emerging technologies and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development or ecosystem-led growth within the technology or consulting sector
- Strong understanding of the digital platforms ecosystem and how strategic technology partnerships can drive enterprise transformation
- Established relationships and credibility within relevant partner ecosystems
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships across EMEA
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable experience translating partnerships into pipeline, new business and revenue
- Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with measurable business outcomes
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations and influence across sales, consulting, engineering, industry and marketing teams with strong understanding of enterprise transformation and the role platforms play within broader client technology strategies
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of CMO services and priorities, including customer experience, digital marketing, commerce, MarTech and customer engagement
- Experience connecting technology partner propositions to CMO-led transformation agendas
- Experience working within a global consulting, digital engineering or systems integration organisation
- Knowledge of major enterprise digital platform ecosystems and associated partner models
- Experience developing multi-partner or ecosystem-led propositions rather than operating within a single alliance
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
