WHAT YOU WILL DO The Digital Product Development Manager (Document Management) supports the development, delivery, and ongoing management of HCA’s document management platform and related integrations. This role partners with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to deliver scalable document solutions, support platform operations, and drive continuous improvement. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Document Management Product & Platform Support Support the document management platform roadmap, enhancements, and lifecycle management. Coordinate document generation, content management, workflows, integrations, and intelligent document-processing capabilities. Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to reliability, scalability, and user experience. Application Management & Operations Support daily platform operations, maintenance, releases, and production support activities. Coordinate vendor and internal team efforts for incident resolution, enhancements, service requests, and ongoing support. Maintain operational documentation and support root-cause analysis and issue resolution. Project Delivery & Business Support Coordinate document management and CRM-related initiatives, including new business, localization, and multilingual capabilities. Translate business, operational, and compliance requirements into actionable solutions. Support implementation, testing, deployment, and project execution while managing risks and dependencies. Product Backlog, Delivery & Quality Manage and prioritize backlog items, user stories, defects, and enhancement requests. Support Agile delivery activities including planning, testing, release readiness, and post-production validation. Ensure solutions meet business, operational, security, and compliance requirements. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE 5–7 years of experience in digital product management, enterprise applications, CRM, document management, content management, or technology delivery. Experience supporting production applications, platform enhancements, releases, vendor management, and issue resolution. Experience with document generation, content management, workflows, CRM integrations, or related enterprise solutions. Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities. Experience supporting localization or multilingual solutions preferred. Financial services or other regulated industry experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in document management, Salesforce, ITIL, cloud technologies, or related disciplines are a plus.
