What you'll be doing
- Owning and prioritising a product backlog, ensuring focus remains on delivering maximum customer and business value.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand reporting, operational and customer needs, translating them into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Using customer feedback, analytics and research to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Delivery Leads and third-party technology partners throughout the product lifecycle.
- Leading backlog refinement, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
- Supporting user testing and continuous improvement activities to optimise product performance and user experience.
- Making data-driven decisions to guide priorities, measure success and identify opportunities.
What we're looking for

You'll likely bring:
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar product-focused role within Agile, Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Strong backlog management and user story writing skills.
- The ability to gather business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Good understanding of data, analytics and using insights to shape decisions.
- Experience working with technical teams, architecture teams and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Experience of user testing, customer research and product analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence working in complex delivery environments with multiple dependencies.
Nice to have
- Experience of Agile at scale or SAFe.
- Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Miro or similar collaboration and analytics platforms.
- Experience supporting technology transformation, migrations or platform modernisation programmes.
- Understanding of AI tools and how they can support product delivery and decision making.
- Product experience in operational, logistics, customer service, utilities, telecoms or similarly complex environments.
