We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing digital projects to life and combines strong project management skills with a Product Owner mindset. You have experience managing digital projects, translating business needs into user stories and backlogs, and collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams. You confidently prioritize requirements, facilitate workshops, and keep projects on track in terms of scope, budget, timeline, and quality. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital platforms and agile ways of working, and excellent German and English complete your profile. Salary: 90-130 PLN/h B2B Remote 100% Your responsibilities Plan, manage, and implement complex digital projects and products, such as platforms, portals, and e-commerce solutions, Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and translate business requirements into structured user stories, backlogs, and concepts, Be responsible for requirements management and, alongside your colleagues, will facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and coordination meetings with clients and project teams, Together with developers, UX designers, and other departments, ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions, Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, prioritize requirements, and ensure transparent communication and a smooth project workflow, Keep track of project goals, schedules, budgets, and risks, and identify opportunities to optimize products, processes, and tools. Your Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in digital project management—ideally in an agency setting, In-depth knowledge of requirements management and digital project management, Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, as well as with tools like Jira and Confluence, Strong technical understanding of digital platforms, web applications, CMS, and e-commerce systems, Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as your confident demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders, Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and excellent German and English language skills.
