Job Title: Digital Skills Trainer Job Description: We are looking for a Digital Skills Trainer to deliver training, user support, and application assistance during the rollout of a new address and building management system. The role combines training delivery, helpdesk support, and assisting users with application-related questions and data correction processes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver ICT training sessions both onsite and remotely. Prepare and maintain training materials and user guides. Design blended learning programs (classroom and e-learning). Provide first-line user support via phone and online channels. Assist users with application usage and best practices. Support the resolution of reported issues and application anomalies. Collaborate with internal teams to improve user adoption and training effectiveness. Use AI tools where appropriate to enhance training content. Required Skills: Experience delivering ICT training (onsite and remote). Experience creating ICT training materials. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience providing user support/helpdesk services. Knowledge of operating systems. Experience designing blended learning programs. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Fluent French (C2). Contract Details: Location: Namur, Belgium (Hybrid) Work Arrangement: Minimum 60% onsite, with additional onsite presence when required. Language: French (C2 required).
