Why is this role important? *Note: This is a non payroll contractor opportunity. Remote based. Hourly rate: $32 depending on level of experience Fixed-term contract through December 31, 2026. As a Digital Studio Artist supporting the PC Optimum business, you will be responsible for producing and adapting digital creative across multiple channels to support member acquisition, engagement, and retention. Working closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and cross-functional partners, you will ensure all creative assets are executed accurately, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining PC Optimum brand standards. We are looking for someone with strong technical production skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences. What you'll do Ensure brand consistency across all PC Optimum campaigns and member-facing digital assets. Adapt existing creative into multiple digital formats while maintaining design integrity across channels. Create and update creative assets for web, email, app, and other digital touchpoints. Produce campaign assets that support personalized member experiences, promotional initiatives, and lifecycle marketing across the PC Optimum ecosystem. Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative. Review and quality check incoming creative from internal teams and external agency partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and technical specifications. Ensure all deliverables are accurate, accessible, optimized, and delivered on time. Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control to support efficient workflows. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work on schedule. Identify opportunities to improve creative production workflows, increase efficiency, and leverage automation where appropriate. Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital production standards, templates, and asset guidelines. Stay current with emerging creative technologies, AI-assisted production tools, and digital best practices to continuously improve execution. What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience as a Studio Artist, Production Designer, or Digital Production Artist creating digital marketing assets. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital production excellence. (A portfolio is required for consideration.) Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud , with a strong understanding of production-ready asset creation. Strong knowledge of digital production best practices, including responsive design, image optimization, accessibility (AODA/WCAG), and digital asset management. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent typography, layout, and production execution skills. Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Open to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Coda, or similar platforms is considered an asset. Basic animation or motion design experience is considered an asset. Familiarity with AI-powered creative production tools and workflows is considered an asset. Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
