Digital Website & CMS Executive

Position Title: Web Developer Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite Role Purpose Support the delivery and optimisation of website experiences that drive campaign performance and pipeline contribution. Own day-to-day CMS management, build and optimise pages, and support personalisation and reporting in collaboration with the senior website manager, content manager, developer, and wider marketing team. Summary Manage and maintain website all content within Umbraco CMS Build and publish landing pages aligned to campaign objectives Manage the review and publish of all core content · Support the Senior Website Manager with the day-to-day management of development tickets for the website Ensure pages meet brand, accessibility, and UX standards Develop and update on page content including copy, imagery, and calls to action Support implementation of personalisation strategies with developer and stakeholders Assist with A/B testing and optimisation of web journeys Monitor performance metrics including engagement and conversion Produce performance reports with insights and recommendations Collaborate across the CMO team to support the delivery of digital campaigns. Conduct QA checks before publication and manage updates efficiently What we are looking for in you Experience working with a CMS such as Umbraco Understanding of UX principles and web content structure Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools Experience building landing pages for campaigns Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders Project management Behaviour: Proven experience in developing websites using Umbraco CMS. Proficient in C# and .NET, essential for Umbraco development. Familiarity with MVC design patterns. Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with database design and integration for Umbraco projects. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in version control tools, such as Git. Understanding of best practices for site performance and optimization in Umbraco. Have a working knowledge of CI/CD ideally using Azure DevOps.
