About the Job:

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is looking for a Digital & Website Operations Specialist to support the Marketing team's digital ecosystem and help deliver a consistent, engaging customer journey across MitsubishiCars.com.

As MMNA continues to invest in its digital capabilities, this role will play an important part in maintaining the day-to-day operational health, accuracy, and performance of our digital properties. You will support website operations including content publishing, quality assurance, reporting, user experience enhancements, and the coordination of digital initiatives across internal teams, agency partners, and technology vendors.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of marketing, website operations, customer experience, technology, and analytics. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer journeys, along with the operational discipline to execute website updates, support campaign launches, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help ensure MMNA's digital experiences effectively support marketing and business objectives.

Role Summary:

The Digital & Website Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day operations of MMNA's website ecosystem, ensuring content is accurate, functionality is working as intended, and digital experiences effectively support the customer journey.

You will serve as a key contributor to MMNA’s Marketing website operations, supporting content publishing, quality assurance, reporting, vehicle inventory (ClickShop), Owners Portal experiences, and the coordination of digital initiatives across internal teams, agency partners, and technology vendors.

You will assist in monitoring website analytics and customer behavior insights, helping identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience, and operational effectiveness to continuously improve MMNA's digital experience.

As a Digital & Website Operations Specialist, You Will:

  • Support digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Support day-to-day website operations, including content publishing, QA, functionality, and platform governance.
  • Coordinate website updates and releases across internal teams, agencies, and technology partners.
  • Maintain and support key customer-facing digital experiences, including vehicle inventory, ClickShop, and the Mitsubishi Owners Portal.
  • Apply established marketing strategy and customer journey principles when executing website content and experiences.
  • Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience, escalating issues and opportunities as appropriate.
  • Support lead generation initiatives and website enhancements that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate agency and vendor deliverables to ensure timelines, quality standards, and business requirements are met.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies and operational enhancements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

First 90 Days – Getting Up To Speed

  • Learn MMNA’s business, products, marketing objectives, digital ecosystem, and website platforms.
  • Build relationships across Marketing, Product Planning, Sales, IT, and agency partners.
  • Become familiar with website workflows, governance standards, publishing, QA, and approval processes.
  • Progress from supporting routine website updates to managing day-to-day website operations.
  • Coordinate website updates and releases across stakeholders and agency partners with increasing independence.
  • Begin using website performance and customer journey insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted resource who proactively communicates priorities, risks, and recommendations.

Year 1 Victory Lap

  • Achieving 95%+ on-time completion of assigned website updates and launches while maintaining content accuracy and governance standards.
  • Consistently following established processes for website requests, publishing, QA, and stakeholder deliverables.
  • Maintaining a low rate of post-launch defects and content errors through strong QA practices.
  • Successfully supporting major product launches, promotions, and business initiatives across MitsubishiCars.com.
  • Contributing to operational, process, and customer experience improvements through consistent execution, issue identification, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Supporting website performance reporting and helping surface insights that inform marketing and business decisions.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners and becoming a trusted day-to-day resource for website operations.
  • Escalating risks, issues, and operational concerns in a timely manner while helping support resolution efforts.

Ready to Join The Team? You Should Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, content management, digital customer experience, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and website publishing processes.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, reporting, and QA/testing.
  • Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Extra Horsepower (Profile Differentiators):

  • Experience working in an agency-client environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, or customer journey optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO, GEO, LLM search optimization, and website analytics.
  • Experience supporting website operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Automotive or other consumer-focused industry experience.

Pay Transparency:

The base salary for this position ranges between $60,000 to $68,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
