The Position: The ACM Specialist is a critical member of the Digital Workplace Adoption Team and F12.net’s Business Technology Unit. Responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives deliver measurable business value through effective user adoption. This role focuses on the human side of change, helping organizations transition smoothly to new tools, processes, and ways of working. The ACM Specialist acts as the bridge between technical deployment and end-user experience, designing and executing comprehensive change management strategies that include stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training programs, and adoption monitoring. By leveraging proven methodologies such as Prosci®/ADKAR, the ACM Specialist ensures that employees understand, embrace, and sustain new technologies—ultimately driving productivity and ROI for clients.

Responsibilities:

Change Management & Adoption Strategy

  • Develop and execute ACM plans for Managed Services and Project clients, including communication and training plans.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in understanding a client’s change management methodologies and working within those methodologies to drive successful adoption.
  • Collaborate with client business leaders to streamline operations and foster awareness of change strategies.
  • Promote client communication, foster program momentum, and inspire learning.
  • Work with internal and external technical teams to understand how technology is being rolled out, supplementing the change with effective adoption strategies.
  • Identify barriers to change, dependent on the technology, industry, and organizational culture, and develop counter strategies to mitigate or minimize potential resistance or change fatigue.

Microsoft 365 Adoption

  • Deeply understand the Microsoft 365 technology stack to lead change management and drive adoption.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for end users, covering Microsoft 365 applications and features, with a special focus on Copilot and other emerging tools.
  • Customize training content to meet the unique needs of different user groups, from beginners to power users.
  • Provide personalized coaching to end users, addressing their specific challenges and questions related to M365, modern work practices, and Copilot.
  • Keep up to date with new features and applications introduced in Microsoft 365 and develop user-facing content that drives awareness and adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the change process.
  • Advise program project teams on how to identify and manage stakeholders through change activities.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring around good change management practices to senior leadership to increase their effectiveness as Change Sponsors in driving sustainable change.
  • Develop talent pipelines by networking within technical communities and industry events.

Content Development & Training Delivery

  • Develop educational and FAQ content in written, visual, and video formats.
  • Deliver Microsoft 365 application training sessions online, in person, and via other technology platforms where required.
  • Maintain online learning portals with customized content and update content as technology changes.
  • Work with clients to understand content requirements, outline content, and develop and publish.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze and create reports and action plans based on usage and results being achieved.
  • Track adoption metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement efforts relating to ACM and create/update business processes, work instructions, and forms as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or related fields, preferably within IT or technology sectors.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft 365 apps and tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver training, communications, and end-user adoption programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects and task assignments in tandem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders and end users.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with Prosci®/ADKAR or similar change management methodologies is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management platform
