Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.50/per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Additional Pay Incentives An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases Schedule Needs: Mon-Sat 3pm-10pm or Sun-Fri 3pm-10pm Now Hiring In: Santa Maria and Lompoc What We Offer Make an impact every day with meaningful work that allows you to be part of something bigger than yourself.
