Disabilities Support Professional

Do you have experience supporting people who are living with autism or developmental disabilities? If so – you are encouraged to consider an available Independent Assessor position with Liberty Healthcare. This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing. Responsibilities Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers Administering structured assessments Completing reports Work setting & schedule options This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home Travel is required throughout Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai County and the surrounding region (up to 25%) You may work Monday through Friday during daytime hours You may also flex your schedule into the evening and weekends Traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time schedules are offered Compensation & benefits $50,000 a year Health, dental and vision insurance 30 days of paid time off annually for holidays, vacation, sick, and personal leave FSA, 401(k) plan, and mileage expense reimbursement for work related travel Full benefits plan details available at www.libertyhealthcare.com/upload/138.pdf Part-time employees can expect a prorated compensation rate with limited benefits.
