This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Director, Branded Residential Marketing & Sales Experience, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Branded Residential by Hilton, you will support the Branded Residential team by leading the marketing and sales experience strategy for Hilton's branded residential portfolio and oversee account management responsibilities for a portfolio of projects. You will apply consumer insights, residential buyer expectations, and business insights to develop and refine positioning, sales narratives, launch tools, owner and developer materials, and resident-facing experiences that support deal flow, pre-sales, and a consistent luxury experience across projects. You will also coordinate marketing assets, project collateral, approval workflows, and research that bring Hilton's residential brand experience to life across developer, sales, owner, and resident touchpoints.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead residential marketing and sales experience strategy across Hilton's branded residential portfolio, shaping positioning, audience definition, brand narratives, and sales enablement tools in service of driving business results.
- Support project-level sales narratives, sales gallery content, launch toolkits, presentation templates, owner benefit messaging, and developer-ready collateral.
- Handle day-to-day activities with agency partners to gather inputs, route feedback, track revisions, and support timely delivery of creative and marketing assets through coordination of reviews and approvals for residential marketing materials with internal and external agency partners.
- Use customer insights, market research, analytics, and project feedback to inform buyer journeys, develop engaging creative, and improve the effectiveness of residential marketing executions.
- Monitor project milestones, asset needs, feedback, and deadlines to ensure residential marketing deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with media, social media, public relations, and agency teams to support integrated residential launch strategies and locally relevant sales materials.
- Monitor sales experience performance, lead generation trends, collateral usage, and opportunities for improvement in a test-and-learn environment.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Build partnerships across all levels and functions within the Hilton Enterprise, including Brand, Development, AD&C, Commercial Services, Legal, Operations, Marketing & Communications across all regional teams.
- Build strong relationships with owners, developers, and external partners to strengthen Hilton's reputation as a premier branded residential partner.
- Work with external agencies, developers, and sales teams to guide marketing and collateral development, review creative concepts, and support project launch needs.
- Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence and agencies of record to develop consistent, high-impact residential storytelling across channels and audiences that achieve brand alignment.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to keep materials current, approved, and accessible for developer, sales, and internal team use.
- Work with all facets of the Global Branded Residential team to develop and enhance product guidelines and standards.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
- Set the global integrated residential marketing and sales experience strategy, including audience journeys, sales narratives, and project launch guidance and lead portfolio wide initiatives.
- Sales gallery and buyer journey content, including scripts, presentation materials, owner benefit messaging, and experience touchpoints.
- Developer-facing launch toolkits, collateral templates, and residential marketing approval guidance. Residential marketing project trackers, asset lists, launch calendars, and approval timelines.
- Performance insights and recommendations tied to sales experience, marketing effectiveness, and residential buyer engagement.
- Coordination and activation of marketing and sales immersions, both virtually and in person.
- Engaging with project leads to track marketing status and sales monthly performance to support financial forecasting.
- Activating contractual and approved marketing initiatives to support individual projects.
- Primary responsibility for projects in assigned global regions and consultative support of all regions.
- Global partnership and event development to advance residential portfolio visibility and enhance residential sales and owner experiences.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, luxury hospitality, residential real estate, sales enablement, or related industries
- Experience crafting distinctive consumer campaigns, launch materials, sales tools, or customer experience content for premium or luxury audiences
- Experience managing agency consultants and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and approval processes
- MS Teams and MS Office proficiency with advanced PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly express complex ideas, make recommendations, and summarize results and areas of opportunity
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in branded residences, luxury real estate, mixed-use development, or high-end hospitality marketing
- Experience working with developers, owners, agencies, or sales teams on launch campaigns or pre-sales materials
- Global or multi-market experience supporting residential, hospitality, or lifestyle brand initiatives

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $130,000 – $190,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
