We are seeking a strategic and experienced compliance leader to oversee regulatory compliance initiatives, policy governance, compliance education, and client-facing compliance relationships across our organization. As a key member of the Compliance team, you will help ensure compliance requirements remain integrated into business operations, client implementations, and organizational decision-making while supporting a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Regulatory Compliance Leadership Monitor and interpret federal and state healthcare regulations impacting revenue cycle operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders on compliance, regulatory, and reimbursement-related matters. Evaluate regulatory changes, enforcement trends, payer audits, government investigations, and industry guidance to assess organizational impact and recommend appropriate actions. Support compliance risk assessments and help drive initiatives that strengthen regulatory readiness and operational compliance. Research and respond to complex compliance questions while providing practical guidance aligned with business objectives. Policy Management & Compliance Education Lead the development, review, and maintenance of compliance-related policies and procedures. Ensure policies remain current with evolving healthcare regulations and industry standards. Design and deliver compliance education programs, training materials, and awareness initiatives for leaders and associates. Translate regulatory changes into meaningful educational content and operational guidance. Client Integration & Strategic Partnership Partner with implementation, operations, and client teams to embed compliance requirements into new client onboarding and integration activities. Support compliance readiness during client transitions and go-live events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are consistently applied across business operations. Build strong relationships with client compliance and operational leaders to promote transparency, trust, and proactive compliance management. Compliance Program Support Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients and operational leaders regarding compliance-related matters. Facilitate communication regarding regulatory updates, compliance expectations, and emerging risks. Assist with compliance monitoring, audit activities, reporting initiatives, and corrective action planning when needed. Identify potential compliance concerns and partner with leadership teams to support timely resolution. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of healthcare compliance, healthcare operations compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or related experience. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance programs, and regulatory risk management. Experience developing policies, procedures, compliance education, and program governance initiatives. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple departments and leadership levels. Preferred Qualifications Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Juris Doctor (JD), or other relevant compliance certification. Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Nursing, Public Health, or related discipline. 7-10 years of progressive healthcare compliance or regulatory experience. Prior leadership experience managing teams, programs, or large-scale compliance initiatives. Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations. Knowledge & Expertise Working knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, HIPAA, fraud, waste, and abuse laws, and healthcare reimbursement requirements. Familiarity with Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidance, Department of Justice (DOJ) compliance expectations, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, and healthcare regulatory frameworks. Strong policy development, risk assessment, project management, and executive communication skills.
