What You’ll Be Contributing:

  • Lead the execution and delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects across multiple U.S. locations;

  • Ensure consistent construction practices, standards, and processes across all project sites.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Construction Site Managers responsible for day-to-day site operations;
  • Provide direction, performance management, and support to ensure effective project execution;
  • Establish clear reporting structures, accountability, and communication across construction teams.
  • Manage and coordinate external general contractors, subcontractors, and construction partners;
  • Ensure contractors meet contractual obligations, safety requirements, and project milestones;
  • Conduct regular site reviews and construction meetings to monitor performance and progress.
  • Drive projects to completion on schedule, budget, and scope;

  • Enforce the highest standards for construction quality, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and industry best practices;
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all construction sites.
  • Work closely with internal teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership;
  • Provide regular progress updates and project reporting to the President of the division;
  • Coordinate commissioning activities and final handover of completed facilities to operations teams.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred;
  • 5+ years of direct experience building data centers;
  • 10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical facilities;

  • Expertise in large-scale construction project execution and delivery;
  • Excellent leadership, contractor management, and stakeholder communication skills;
  • Understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and risk management;
  • An essential component of this position is regular and consistent business travel, mainly to the United States. It is a requirement of this position that the candidate satisfy the applicable criteria set by the US Immigration and Nationality Act for business travel to the United States, which criteria include, for example, the ability to demonstrate that they are a citizen or national of a country that is eligible for the Visa Waiver Program or are otherwise visa exempt.
