How do you fit in?

As the Director, Design – Concept, Color, Print & Graphics, you will drive the overall seasonal concept, color, print, and graphic strategy for Fabletics Women's and Men's businesses. Leading a team of Color, Print, and Graphic Designers, you will create compelling seasonal creative direction that is trend-relevant, commercially viable, aligned with our brand identity, and created for our members.

You will bring excellence in creativity, leadership, color and print expertise, and strategic vision, translating broader brand and design direction into cohesive seasonal stories that inform and inspire product creation across categories. You will have a strong understanding of the Fabletics aesthetic and customer, with the ability to balance creative innovation, market relevance, and commercial opportunity.

You will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working towards our vision to be the world's most fashionable, innovative, and inclusive active-lifestyle brand.

You will report to the Vice President of Women's Design and partner closely with Design Directors, Merchandising, Product Development, Production, Technical Design, and Marketing teams.

What You Will Do:

  • In partnership with the VPs of Design, create and lead the seasonal concept, color, print, and graphic vision for Fabletics.

  • Collaborate with the VPs of Design and Design Directors to develop quarterly concepts and creative strategies informed by the activewear, fashion, wellness, art, culture, and broader consumer landscape.

  • Lead seasonal concept development, including research, storytelling, mood, color direction, print and graphic stories, and visual creative direction.

  • Own and lead the seasonal color strategy and palette development, ensuring cohesive color flow across categories, franchises, and end uses.

  • Drive print and graphic direction, ensuring artwork, pattern, branding, logo, and graphic stories support the seasonal concept and overall brand identity.

  • Partner closely with Design leadership to ensure seasonal concept, color, print, and graphic storytelling is thoughtfully translated across product categories and creates a cohesive, visually compelling assortment.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the market and customer, identifying relevant trends, cultural shifts, emerging techniques, and white-space opportunities that can inform creative direction and product storytelling.

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and clear obstacles for the Concept, Color, Print & Graphic team, providing clear creative direction, tools, feedback, and support to help team members reach success.

  • Establish clear priorities and creative standards for the team while fostering original thinking, curiosity, collaboration, and strong execution.

  • Lead seasonal concept, color, print, and graphic presentations to Design leadership and key cross-functional partners, clearly communicating creative strategy and rationale.

  • Partner with Product Development and Production teams to ensure color, print, graphic, material, and technique developments execute against creative intent, calendar, cost, and production requirements.

  • Provide oversight and creative direction throughout the development process, including color approvals, print execution, graphic techniques, material application, and artwork development.

  • Act as a creative and technical resource across Design for color, print, graphics, branding, materials, finishes, and related production techniques.

  • Support special projects, collaborations, capsules, and brand initiatives, developing creative direction that is distinct while remaining aligned with the broader Fabletics brand.

  • Build strong and synergistic relationships with cross-functional partners including Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, Planning, Marketing, and Production.

  • Think innovatively at all stages of the creative, design, and development process. Be curious!

  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, tools, libraries, processes, and ways of working to help the team operate efficiently and effectively.

  • Travel as needed for seasonal inspiration, trend research, trade shows, and vendor on-sites.

What You Can Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in color, print, graphic, textile, apparel, or related design disciplines within fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands.

  • 2+ years of Director-level or equivalent creative leadership experience.

  • Proven track record developing and leading seasonal concepts, color palettes, print stories, graphic direction, and creative strategies.

  • Strong understanding of color theory, palette development, color flow, print and graphic design, materials, finishes, and apparel development.

  • Strong knowledge of the activewear, fashion, wellness, art, and cultural landscape with the ability to translate trends and insights into compelling, brand-right creative direction.

  • A people person and team player who contributes positively to team dynamics, cultivates passion and productivity, and has a genuine interest in connecting with and developing others.

  • Ability to partner effectively with senior creative leadership and influence across multiple design and cross-functional teams.

  • Solutions driven, an efficiency advocate, and a strategic thinker.

  • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with commercial priorities, technical feasibility, timelines, and business needs.

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
