Sphera is seeking a a Director for our ESG Strategy Practice with at least 10 years of sustainability consulting experience to join our Sustainability Consulting Team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of how we support companies around the world in their ESG strategy development. Our sustainability experts help organizations develop, design and execute integrated sustainability strategies with full transparency to help companies make smarter, more sustainable business decisions. Through Sphera’s combination of software, data and expertise, we are in the unique position to support companies in their sustainability journey as they set sustainable targets and map out their path to net zero emissions. Tasks and Responsibilities: Act as a public facing subject matter expert by representing Sphera as a Speaker at key industry conferences Develop and deploy ESG frameworks with customers to support their sustainability journey. Provide mentorship and develop skills of consultants Lead and coordinate global resources Collaborate with Product management (software), Project Management, and Sales Drive own sales opportunities Maintain key relationships and accounts, facilitating the development of our client’s sustainability programs. Provide subject matter expertise to partner in our sales efforts to close global business Key skills and experience: 10+ years of experience in sustainability / ESG consulting & software development or integration Experience in interacting directly with a broad group of external stakeholders, policymakers and investors. Charismatic, strong influencer, innovative mindset and a true passion for the ESG subject Ability to mentor and develop others Change management experience Highly developed oral and written communications skills Familiarity with materiality assessment, Life Cycle Assessment, and Scope I, II, III) Understands the value of leveraging software and data Determining relevant KPI measures and use LCA methodology to baseline carbon footprint for products and companies (ex.
