YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You lead high-impact initiatives by identifying and prioritizing fleet optimization topics with the highest business value You take end-to-end ownership from problem framing through implementation to measurable business outcomes You focus on balancing sophistication, speed, and business value to deliver pragmatic, outcome-driven solutions You build and own our fleet optimization tool, refining it into the gold standard in collaboration with Demand Management and Operations You bring your data science expertise to the business, enabling the department to develop robust optimization models You manage our central data science collaboration to deploy resources effectively for complex challenges YOUR SKILLS MATTER Hands-On Approach You take end-to-end responsibility — from problem framing to implementation to measurable business outcomes — and do so yourself Business Impact Mindset You think in outcomes, not in models for their own sake. You know how to balance sophistication, speed, data availability, and business value, and you are pragmatic in choosing the right solution for the problem Background and Experience You bring a degree and deep experience in statistics, optimization, and data-driven problem solving, ideally in mobility, logistics, operations, revenue management, or similarly complex business environments.
