About the Role We are looking for Director of Service Delivery who will lead and grow the Japan team, while working closely with North American HQ. This role will report directly to the COO with dotted line to project teams in the Philippines, Middle East, North America. The Ideal Candidate Holds a degree in Business or Marketing or Technology courses Has experience in ERP platform e.g., NetSuite (preferred), SAP, Microsoft, or other ERPs Has industry background in Warehousing, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment Has strong communication skills in English, while also being fluent in Japanese
