We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director – Global Total Rewards to to shape and lead our global reward strategy across compensation, benefits and recognition. This role will be pivotal in designing and leading a progressive, data-driven reward strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent in a highly competitive and creative global gaming market. The Director will ensure compensation, benefits, and reward structures are aligned with business priorities, industry benchmarks, and the expectations of a dynamic and diverse workforce. What will you do? Global Reward Strategy: Design and deliver a modern, flexible, and competitive global total rewards strategy. Align compensation and benefits with our growth plans, culture, and talent retention priorities. Build scalable reward frameworks that support a high-growth, tech-driven organization. Compensation Lead the design and evolution of global compensation structures across multiple regions. Partner with Finance and senior leadership to develop reward models that support key development cycles and commercial milestones. Oversee executive compensation frameworks and governance. Benefits & Wellbeing Shape innovative and meaningful benefits that resonate with diverse, creative, and remote teams — from mental wellbeing to lifestyle and gamified wellness initiatives. Ensure regional competitiveness while maintaining global consistency and fairness. Continuously evolve offerings based on workforce insights and market trends. Performance, Recognition & Culture Fit Integrate total rewards with performance frameworks that celebrate collaboration, creativity, and individual excellence. Develop recognition programmes that truly reflect and reinforce our culture. Champion equitable and transparent reward practices. Analytics & Market Intelligence Lead a data-driven approach to reward decision-making, leveraging benchmarking tools and internal analytics. Monitor global market trends and competitor practices within gaming, tech, and entertainment. Provide insights that directly influence talent strategy and business decisions. Team Development & Collaboration Lead and mentor the global team; promote agile, scalable processes across regions. Partner with the wider People team to ensure reward supports inclusive and equitable hiring and retention. What are we looking for? Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g. Excel, HiBob) Cultural fluency and sensitivity in working with international teams Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Creative mindset - able to design reward solutions that engage our business Qualifications & Experience: Degree in HR, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CIPD) preferred 5+ years in compensation & benefits, ideally within gaming, tech, or entertainment sectors Experience with global reward frameworks and managing executive compensation What’s in it for you?
