Develop and maintain high-quality field-facing Medical resources, including scientific slide decks, FAQs, competitive resources, objection handling tools, scientific narratives, and disease state education. Lead scientific readiness activities surrounding major congresses and clinical data disclosures, including internal training, competitive analysis, data interpretation, FAQs, and post-congress scientific synthesis. Partner closely with Scientific Communications, Medical Information, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, and Legal to ensure scientific consistency across Medical content and communication channels. Translate insights generated from advisory boards, congresses, MSL interactions, and external scientific engagement into content priorities, educational opportunities, and evidence gaps. Support development and maintenance of launch-ready Medical Affairs infrastructure, ensuring scientific materials remain current throughout late-stage development and commercialization. Represent Medical Affairs on cross-functional launch teams and contribute to strategic planning for product launch and lifecycle management. Experience, Education, and Specialized Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical and mechanistic data into clear, scientifically rigorous educational content.
