Department: Revenue Cycle
Schedule: Days | Full-time
Strategic Leadership: Direct program goals, infrastructure, and plans to align with business objectives and partnerships.
Budget & Resources: Manage program budgets, tools, and resource allocation to adapt to changing needs.
Metrics & Liaison: Track performance metrics and serve as the main link between internal teams and external partners.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while handling overall team development.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences:
- Project Management Professional, preferred.
- Clinical Specialist. Clinical License preferred.
