Job Description:
The Director of Business and Consumer Engagement is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operations and performance of consumer experience and business development teams. This position supports the execution of strategic initiatives designed to enhance consumer experience, strengthen customer relationships, expand business opportunities, and drive organizational growth.Working under the direction of the Administrative Director of Business and Consumer Engagement, this role leads operational activities across consumer experience and business development functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, service excellence standards, and growth objectives. The Director collaborates with operational, clinical, and administrative leaders to improve consumer engagement, remove service barriers, optimize processes, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth initiatives.
The Director serves as a key leader in fostering a consumer-focused culture while ensuring business development and engagement teams are effectively positioned to meet performance expectations and strategic objectives.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Master's Degree
Experience
- Required: Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in healthcare, business development, consumer experience, customer service, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Preferred: Five (5) years of leadership experience in healthcare, business development, consumer experience, or related operational leadership roles
