Village Behavioral Health is looking for an experienced, motivated leader to oversee our community mental health programs and help grow our services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, building community relationships, and following through on goals.

The Director will work closely with program managers and agency leadership to support daily operations, strengthen referral partnerships, and identify opportunities to reach more people in the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead community mental health program operations and support program managers and staff.
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance, documentation, and quality service.
• Build relationships with hospitals, community service boards, providers, and other referral partners.
• Develop outreach efforts that increase appropriate referrals and support program growth.
• Work with Clinical, Quality Assurance, HR, and Operations to address staffing and service needs.
• Monitor program results and keep leadership informed about progress, challenges, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in community mental health or behavioral health services.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.
• Experience with community outreach, referral development, or business development.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
