Basic Job Function The Director of Contracted Services Management (Director) establishes and oversees a coordinated enterprise approach to contracted services relationships, operational services, and third-party partnership management. This role is designed for a leader who can bring structure, visibility, and operational discipline to how the organization engages contracted services across departments and enterprise functions. The Director will oversee contracted services coordination processes, support enterprise contracted services governance and help ensure vendor and consultant relationships align with operational, technology, risk, and organizational standards. The position serves as a critical operational connector across Core Operations & Infrastructure, Information Technology, Talent Management, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and IFF business units — helping the organization reduce operational friction, strengthen accountability, and improve visibility into contracted services performance and risk. Core Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Oversight - Develops and implements enterprise contracted services management strategies, rationalizing portfolios and reducing sprawl. Builds consistency, visibility, and operational reliability across contracted services relationships. Leads the development and continuous improvement of enterprise processes for the end-to-end selection, onboarding, evaluation, and offboarding of vendors and consultants. Maintains visibility into key contracted services relationships, contracts, services, and dependencies. Supports contracted services lifecycle coordination across departments. Tracks ownership, service categories, and enterprise impacts for contracted services. Supports consolidation and standardization efforts where appropriate. Coordinates documentation and enterprise records related to contracted services 2. Risk Management – Supports enterprise coordination related to the performance, operational risk, and compliance considerations for contracted services. Coordinates with Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, and operational teams regarding contracted services-related risks and obligations. Supports due diligence and internal review processes for contracted services with operational, technology, privacy, or compliance implications. Helps surface contracted services-related operational concerns, dependencies, and escalation needs. Supports leadership discussions related to contracted services performance or operational risk. Helps ensure contracted services relationships align with enterprise operational standards and governance expectations. 3. Process Improvement - Strengthens the organization’s long-term coordination capabilities through sustainable operational improvement and enterprise coordination. Builds structured workflows and documentation standards for contracted services management activities. Supports process improvements that reduce confusion, duplication, and operational inefficiencies. Partners with departments to improve clarity around contracted services ownership, accountability, and communication. Helps leadership identify opportunities to improve contracted services utilization, coordination, and service alignment. Leads the development of enterprise operational practices related to contracted services governance and accountability. Contributes to broader operational maturity and coordination initiatives within Enterprise Operations. 4. Demonstrates a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. High level of satisfaction with both internal colleagues and external contacts. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Minimum of five years of vendor management, operations, enterprise coordination, procurement operations, or operational administration. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
