Position Summary The Director of Digital and AI Marketing owns TELCOR's digital stack and marketing infrastructure end to end — the website, marketing technology platforms, automation, and the AI tools that power modern marketing operations. This role is critical to fueling TELCOR's accelerated growth by ensuring the marketing organization runs on modern, well-integrated, and scalable technology. The Director will lead web development and design, own the marketing automation and AI toolset, and build the technical integrations that connect Marketing with Sales and other business systems, so that data flows cleanly and marketing can operate with speed and precision. Key Responsibilities Website & Marketing Technology Stack Operations Own the day-to-day operation, performance, security, and roadmap of telcor.com and any related digital properties. Manage the marketing technology stack (CMS, marketing automation, analytics, CRM-adjacent tools), including vendor selection, contracts, and ongoing optimization. Define and track KPIs for site performance, SEO, conversion, and marketing technology ROI, and report results to marketing leadership. Ensure the digital stack supports compliance and security requirements appropriate to a healthcare software company. Web Development & Design Lead web design and development, whether through internal resources, agencies, or a hybrid model, ensuring a consistent, on-brand user experience. Oversee UX/UI improvements, site architecture, and page performance to support lead generation and content goals. Manage the process for launching new landing pages, campaign microsites, and product pages in partnership with Content and Product Marketing. Marketing Automation & AI Tools Own the strategy and administration of marketing automation platforms, including lead scoring, nurture programs, and lifecycle marketing workflows. Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., content generation, personalization, predictive analytics, chat/conversational tools) that increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Establish governance and best practices for responsible use of AI within marketing, in coordination with IT and compliance stakeholders. Continuously evaluate emerging martech and AI capabilities and build the business case for adoption. Technical Integrations Design and maintain integrations between marketing systems, sales systems (e.g., CRM), and other business systems to ensure clean, reliable data flow. Partner with Sales Operations and IT to define and maintain lead routing, attribution, and reporting across the funnel. Own data hygiene, governance, and integration architecture for the marketing technology ecosystem. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, engaging IT or vendor support as needed. Qualifications Required 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology, including hands-on ownership of a martech stack. Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar) and CMS platforms. Experience managing website development/design, either directly or through agency partners. Practical experience implementing AI-powered marketing tools and evaluating emerging technology. Experience building and maintaining integrations between marketing and CRM/sales systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Preferred Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology marketing. Familiarity with HubSpot specifically, and/or Salesforce integrations. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and API-based integrations sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
