Director of Engineering

About the Role

Lead engineering for an enterprise AI risk management platform focused on helping organizations deploy generative and agentic AI more safely. The work spans controls and evaluation before deployment, as well as monitoring and guardrails in production.

What You'll Do

• Guide engineering work for platform capabilities that support AI security, compliance, and risk management.

• Help develop tools for evaluating AI systems before production and applying real-time guardrails after deployment.

• Support product capabilities for hallucination detection, red-teaming, and observability across generative and agentic AI workflows.

• Lead engineering efforts that help enterprise teams gain visibility into AI risks and system behavior.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering leadership experience appropriate for a Director-level role.

• Relevant familiarity with AI or machine learning systems, particularly generative or agentic AI.

• Understanding of areas such as AI security, compliance, guardrails, evaluation, or observability.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $385,000 to $550,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
