Facility: Partial Remote | Ascension St Vincent- Indianapolis
Schedule: Days | Full-time | On-site 3 days/week

- Lead the comprehensive month-end close review, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Evaluate and model robust business cases for new ventures and growth opportunities.
- Drive the execution of key strategic financial initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- Oversee comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Lead large capital project management, partnering with department heads to provide financial insights, ensure budget compliance, and optimize ROI.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA expected.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible financial experience within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
