Description

This can be a full-time or part‑time, remote role. The position is responsible for delivering structured coaching and support to clients who are expanding or developing. The role focuses on guiding them through established business and leadership development frameworks, personal development tools and values‑aligned planning processes.

Key responsibilities include conducting virtual coaching sessions, facilitating online group workshops and supporting clients with goal setting, business planning and implementation.

The Director of Leadership Development will provide guidance on digital business setup, foundational marketing practices, audience development and sustainable daily routines that promote both business growth and personal wellbeing.

The role also requires maintaining accurate client records, monitoring progress and contributing to the ongoing improvement of coaching materials and digital resources. Collaboration with the wider team is essential to ensure program consistency, support initiatives and maintain a professional, inclusive environment for clients worldwide.

This position is suited to individuals with experience in education, coaching, training, personal development, or business development who are confident working independently in a remote environment and committed to delivering high‑quality ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong coaching and development skills, with experience supporting individuals through personal growth, business planning, or vocational transitions.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective communication capability, including active listening and clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to facilitate structured, supportive coaching conversations in a virtual environment.
• Candidates may have knowledge of online business and leadership development, foundational marketing practices, audience building or values‑aligned planning processes.
• Candidates ideally have experience in personal development, coaching, wellness, leadership development, or business‑focused training and are comfortable working remotely across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Relevant qualifications and a demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards are essential.
