Role Description

The Leadership Development Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and leading programs that elevate clients’ leadership skills, mindset, and personal effectiveness. This role includes immersing in the curricula and resources for leadership and wellness education, facilitating virtual workshops and group coaching sessions, and providing one-on-one mentorship to support clients’ growth and goal achievement. The director will collaborate on strategic initiatives that expand Pop To It!’s global community, contribute to content and thought leadership across digital platforms, and help refine offerings to align with client needs and organisational vision. Day-to-day work involves program planning, impact assessment, partnership cultivation, and ensuring that all leadership development activities reflect Pop To It!’s values of clarity, confidence, and purposeful action.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, coaching, or adult learning, with a focus on personal growth and mindset transformation.
• Experience with the ability to build relationships and communicate mission-driven impact.
• Strong budgeting skills to plan, manage, and optimise resources for leadership programs and initiatives.
• Proven ability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities independently, and collaborate effectively in a virtual, global environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with comfort leading virtual groups and communities.
• Background in wellness, HR, business development. coaching, or related fields is highly beneficial.
