Director of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing (DOM) to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution. - Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. - Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives. - Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies. - Oversee marketing budgets and maximize ROI on campaigns. - Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics to improve results. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing efforts. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. - Build and maintain the company's brand identity and positioning. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and performance marketing. - Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. - Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
