Role Description

The Marketing Assistant will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Europe Luxs® and its exclusive events and services. This remote role involves assisting with market research, coordinating communication with members and partners, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing marketing materials, updating databases and CRM tools, providing customer service support to members, and collaborating with senior team members to optimize promotional strategies. The position requires consistent digital communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while aligning with Europe Luxs® branding and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with high-profile stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to support strategic decisions and identify trends and opportunities.
• Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive member experience.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in campaigns, lead nurturing, and partnership development.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (email platforms, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with high attention to detail in a remote work environment.
• Prior experience in marketing, hospitality, luxury brands, finance, or event coordination is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
