Our key client is looking for an experienced and driven Operations Director to join their growing team. This newly created role reports directly to the CEO, ensuring operational excellence for a portfolio of high-performing venues across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop standardised policies and procedures to ensure consistency across venues
• Provide support and guidance to venue General Managers on training, recruitment, performance
• Assisting with both ongoing and new projects across venues
• Work closely with Finance to ensure financial and commercial performance/profitability
• Ensure compliance with legislation, health & safety and regulatory requirements

Key Skills:

• Significant experience within multi-site hospitality, entertainment or venue operations
• Leading and developing senior management teams
• Strong operational and financial management capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
