The Role
The Director of Director of Operations and Partnerships owns the operational engine that drives revenue growth. From onboarding dealers, dealer account management, partner relationship management and broader go-to-market initiatives, you and your team will own the SOPs, KPIs, and day-to-day focus to scale our growth. This is a build-and-run role: you'll design the SOPs, standardize how we work, and be accountable for the performance outcomes those procedures produce, from a dealer's first day of onboarding through the full life of the account.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Growth Through Account Management and Partnerships
Manage a team to drive net revenue retention across our automotive dealer clients, protecting renewals and driving expansion as accounts grow
Build the account management motion: health scoring, business reviews, and the proactive plays that turn adoption into retention and expansion
Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with Sales to close them
Own partnership relationships, including F&I administrators / providers
Establish an operating rhythm of regular business reviews that keep dealers anchored to outcomes and surface risk before it becomes churn
Scalable Onboarding & Activation
Own a repeatable onboarding program that compresses time-to-value and gets dealers activated faster with every cohort
Build the playbooks, checklists, and enablement assets that let onboarding scale without adding headcount for every new client
Set and hold the team accountable to activation KPIs, time-to-live, adoption thresholds, and early engagement
Ensure a clean handoff from Sales to Implementation so no momentum is lost between the close and the launch
Scalable Customer Support
Drive operational performance across the post-launch lifecycle, ensuring support quality, response standards, and escalation paths are consistent and measurable
Build the systems, tiering, and tooling that let support scale efficiently as the dealer base grows
Partner with the team to surface at-risk accounts early and standardize the plays that resolve issues and retain accounts
Define the metrics that matter: adoption, health, engagement-to-performance correlation and make them visible across the org
Standard Operating Procedures & GTM Support
Author, maintain, and enforce the SOPs that govern how the operational teams work, turning tribal knowledge into documented, repeatable process
Establish a single source of truth for operational workflows and keep it current as the product and market evolve
Equip Sales and Marketing with the operational proof points, references, and enablement they need to sell with confidence
Serve as the operational voice in GTM planning and support new product and partner launches with the readiness plans, training, and rollout logistics that ensure clean market execution
Who You Are
10+ years in customer success, account management, implementation, or operations, with progressive leadership responsibility
Experience working with or at F&I administrators/providers
A track record of owning retention and expansion outcomes and driving measurable revenue growth in a growth-stage SaaS environment
Experience building scalable onboarding and support systems that grow efficiently with the customer base
Fluency with KPIs and the ability to translate them into team accountability
Strong cross-functional instincts, comfortable operating across Account Management, Support, Sales, and Marketing
Excellent documentation and communication skills; you make complex operations simple and repeatable
Automotive retail, dealership, sales or F&I experience strongly preferred
Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and a builder's mindset
What We Offer
Total compensation range between $160,000 - $180,000
Competitive stock options
Comprehensive benefits package: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and Long-term disability coverage
Unlimited paid time off
A chance to be part of a fast-growing startup that is redefining the automotive customer experience.
