Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans. Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements. Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations. Direct staff. Manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction. Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse Licensure preferred. Required relevant to state in which work is performed. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
