Director of PASS University

Work format: remote, with occasional business trips (20–30% of the time)

PASS University is part of PASS, an international ecosystem in the football industry. We train future coaches, analysts, scouts, and managers from dozens of countries, taught by practitioners from top clubs and federations.

We are looking for a leader to head the project and turn it into the global standard of football education.

What you will do:

• Own the strategy, P&L, and growth of the university — from student numbers to international expansion

• Develop the program portfolio for coaches, analysts, scouts, and managers: from short courses to diploma programs

• Build partnerships with clubs, federations, and leagues — so students get hands-on practice, graduates find jobs, and our diplomas are recognized across the industry

• Attract star industry experts to the teaching staff

• Lead the team: curriculum designers, production, marketing, sales, and student support

• Represent the university at international conferences and in the media

What matters to us:

• Experience managing an educational organization or an EdTech product

• Fluent English

• Experience leading a remote team

Football industry experience is not required. A genuine interest in the game and a willingness to learn the industry is enough — what we value most is your leadership and education background.
