Remote | Full-time or Fractional (20 hrs/week) | Product & Technology Leadership

RapidSeedbox is a profitable, bootstrapped B2C SaaS company providing online privacy and infrastructure solutions to thousands of customers worldwide through a self-service subscription model.

We are looking for an ambitious, product-minded Director of Product to lead our Product & Technology organization and help drive the next stage of growth of our core product.

Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this person will own product strategy, growth, and execution while leading Product, Engineering, and IT Operations. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who combines strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience with technical fluency, analytical rigor, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap, identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities for growth.
• Optimize the full self-service customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, churn reduction, and monetization.
• Lead and develop the Product & Technology organization, including the Growth Product Manager, Head of Engineering, and Head of IT Operations.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, scorecards, and accountability across Product and Technology.
• Drive continuous experimentation and use data to improve product adoption, recurring revenue, and customer lifecycle performance.
• Partner closely with Engineering and Infrastructure leaders to translate customer and business needs into technical priorities.
• Stay close to customers and use their behavior, feedback, and needs to guide product decisions.
• Work directly with the CEO to drive product growth and improve execution across the organization.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product leadership experience, ideally overseeing Product and Technology teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong experience growing a SaaS product through a product-led, self-service model.
• Deep understanding of PLG mechanics, including onboarding, activation, retention, churn, monetization, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to work closely with and challenge senior Engineering and Infrastructure leaders. Previous engineering experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience in a small or bootstrapped technology company, ideally with fewer than 50 employees.
• A hands-on, resourceful approach and comfort operating in a lean organization without large support teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs, funnels, cohorts, retention curves, experimentation, and unit economics to guide product decisions.
• Familiarity with key SaaS metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
• Experience leading distributed and multicultural remote teams.
• Strong customer orientation and a track record of engaging directly with customers.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  
  

Profiles coming from Product, Growth, or Engineering backgrounds—such as Head of Product, Director of Product, VP of Product, CPO, or other senior Product Leadership roles—may be especially relevant.

Experience with technical, infrastructure, hosting, cloud, privacy, or developer-oriented products is a strong plus.

We prefer a full-time hire, but we are also open to considering a fractional 20-hour/week engagement for the first 3–6 months.
