For 16 years, we’ve partnered with school districts and organizations across the country to help more than 100,000 primarily first generation, economically disadvantaged, BIPOC students unlock opportunity through increased scores on gateway tests like the SAT, ACT, and TSIA2 (Texas Success Initiative Assessment). Today, we continue to expand by maximizing impact through larger district and nonprofit partnerships and harnessing the power of technology to better serve teachers and students. ABOUT THE ROLE At CollegeSpring, everything we do ultimately serves one purpose: improving student outcomes. The Director of Program Delivery & Student Impact leads the successful implementation and delivery of CollegeSpring's program across partner organizations. This role ensures educators, school leaders, and partners have the support, training, coaching, and implementation strategies needed to deliver consistently excellent experiences and maximize student outcomes. Success in this role will ultimately be measured by the Director of Program Delivery & Student Impact’s ability to deliver measurable improvements in student outcomes while strengthening CollegeSpring's program, organizational capability, and long-term impact. Key results include: 100% of participating students increase their assessment scores. 90% of participating students meet college readiness benchmarks. 90% of participating students increase test confidence. 85% partner retention through exceptional program quality and partner experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO Program Delivery & Student Impact: Lead the successful delivery of CollegeSpring's program by ensuring educators and partners have the training, coaching, resources, and support needed to implement the program with fidelity and maximize student outcomes. Program Delivery: Lead the implementation of CollegeSpring's program across assigned partner organizations, ensuring high-quality execution, strong educator engagement, and consistent program fidelity. Training & Capacity Building: Design, deliver, and continuously strengthen educator and supervisor training, coaching, and implementation support that builds partner capacity and promotes long-term success. Program Quality: Monitor implementation quality, educator adoption, partner feedback, and student outcomes to continuously improve program delivery and maximize student impact. Partner Success & Growth: Cultivate trusted partnerships that strengthen implementation, expand CollegeSpring's reach, and deepen its impact. Partner Success: Serve as the primary relationship lead for key partner accounts, delivering an exceptional partner experience from implementation through renewal. Partner Retention & Growth: Lead the partner renewal process, identify expansion opportunities, support new partnership development, and help ensure successful launches for new partners. Partner Communication: Communicate CollegeSpring's value and impact through presentations, implementation updates, reports, and data-informed storytelling that strengthens partner confidence and organizational credibility. Leadership & Program Excellence: Build the people, processes, and cross-functional collaboration that enable CollegeSpring's program to scale with quality and consistency. People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing Program Experience team while fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. Program Excellence : Build scalable implementation practices, planning processes, quality standards, and organizational capacity that support sustainable growth and strengthen student outcomes. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align people, priorities, and resources across departments to advance organizational goals and maximize student impact. Qualifications HOW YOU’LL DO IT Strategic Leadership: You translate organizational priorities into clear strategies, actionable plans, and measurable results. You balance short-term execution with long-term organizational growth, anticipate challenges before they arise, and make thoughtful decisions that strengthen CollegeSpring's programs, partnerships, and student impact. You lead by example, inspire others, and create clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams. People & Relationship Leadership: You build high-performing teams and cultivate trusted relationships across the organization and with external partners. You coach, develop, and empower others while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. You effectively navigate diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and influence without relying solely on authority. Execution & Continuous Improvement: You lead complex initiatives with discipline, using data, technology, and collaboration to solve problems, improve systems, and deliver results. You balance competing priorities, drive cross-functional execution, and continuously refine processes, programs, and practices to improve organizational effectiveness and student outcomes. Qualifications and Skills Required Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in education, customer success, instructional leadership, curriculum development, program implementation, and/or related fields, including significant experience partnering with K–12 school districts. Commitment to leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations to improve educator effectiveness, program quality, operational efficiency, and student outcomes. Instructional expertise as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, instructional coach, or professional learning leader, with a deep understanding of effective pedagogy and educator capacity building. Partner leadership with demonstrated success building trusted relationships across school systems, from district leaders to principals, instructional leaders, and teachers, and supporting long-term partnership success and growth. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills , including experience designing and delivering presentations, leading large-group and virtual learning experiences, and developing resources that translate complex challenges into practical solutions. Operational leadership with the ability to navigate complex educational systems, balance diverse stakeholder needs, and drive high-quality execution in fast-paced, evolving environments. Deep commitment to educational equity and a belief that all students can achieve at high levels, with an understanding of the critical role that formative assessment, educator coaching, and professional learning play in improving student outcomes. Preferred Advanced degree in Education, Public Policy, Public Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field. Experience implementing or supporting digital learning platforms , learning management systems (LMS), or educational technology that enhances teaching and learning. Experience with college and career readiness programs and high-stakes assessments such as the SAT, ACT, TSIA2, or ACCUPLACER. Experience working in education nonprofits, school districts, or edtech organizations , particularly in roles that combined program implementation and partner success. DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE This role is remote within the United States; travel up to 10% of the time may be required. Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods Must be able to lift/ carry/ transport educational or promotional materials and/or equipment weighing up to 50lbs. The hiring salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, with final offer dependent on qualifications and internal equity. In addition to salary, total compensation includes a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible spending accounts, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, 32 paid days of office closures, 15 days PTO in your first year, 5 sick days, 2 paid days to volunteer in your community, inclusive paid family leave, and an annual work from home reimbursement.
