ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Sales to own and scale Outreach's sales organization. This leader will grow revenue by developing people, building scalable sales processes, optimizing CRM systems, launching new initiatives, and personally pursuing strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, data-driven builder with a passion for helping churches grow.
