Director of SAP Consulting – MedTech & Life Sciences (m/f/d)

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Director of SAP Consulting – MedTech & Life Sciences to drive our global consulting business and oversee strategic customer engagements across our international markets. As Director, you will be responsible for the commercial success, operational performance, and strategic development of our SAP Consulting organization. You will work closely with executive management to expand our consulting capabilities, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth. This is a highly customer-facing leadership role with responsibility for consulting strategy, delivery excellence, and organizational performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Define and execute the consulting strategy aligned with company objectives Own overall consulting performance including revenue,utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery quality Lead strategic customer engagements and executive stakeholder relationships Support Sales in business development and complex customer opportunities Drive consulting excellence through standardized delivery models and governance Develop leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Management Identifyopportunities to improve consulting offerings and service portfolio Lead organizational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement JOB REQUIREMENTS Several years of leadership experience in SAP Consulting Strong commercial understanding and customer engagement experience Proventrack recordmanaging consulting organizations Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or highly regulated industries Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Strong business acumen and strategic thinking NICE TO HAVE SAP Certification Experience leading international consulting businesses Experience with enterprise SaaS or SAP partner organizations MBA or equivalent leadership qualification YOUR WORKPLACE Our state-of-the-art office is well equipped with modern furniture and equipment.
