ABOUT ELIFE

Elife is a global mobility and financial services platform delivering scalable, technology-driven solutions across transportation, payments, and partnership ecosystems. With a managed fleet model operated under direct control — covering driver onboarding, training, routing, and performance management — elife offers enterprise partners reliable, accountable, and standardised service delivery at scale. elife is also a super app enabler, bringing mobility to the heart of neobanks and fintechs.

As elife continues its global expansion, we are building a world-class partnerships team to accelerate strategic growth across key regions.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Partnerships Director for Europe will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level organisations across the region. This is a senior commercial role requiring a hunter mentality, deep industry relationships, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

The successful candidate will own the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach through to contract execution and onboarding — and will be expected to build a strong pipeline and deliver signed agreements within the first 90 days in role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and develop the regional partnerships pipeline, from identification through to signed agreements
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target organisations including banks, fintechs, e-wallet providers, super apps, ride-hailing platforms, and corporate travel buyers
  • Lead commercial negotiations, structure partnership agreements, and close deals in line with company revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ active enterprise prospects at any given time
  • Develop deep market knowledge across the assigned region, including competitive dynamics, regulatory considerations, and ecosystem trends
  • Represent elife at industry events, conferences, and forums across Europe
  • Collaborate with internal teams — product, operations, legal, and finance — to ensure partnership terms are commercially viable and operationally deliverable
  • Provide accurate and timely pipeline reporting to the leadership team, including deal stages, forecasts, and market intelligence
  • Establish elife as a preferred mobility and payments partner across European banks, corporate travel management companies, fintech operators, and enterprise mobility platforms

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of enterprise B2B sales or partnerships experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value agreements
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience within one or more of the following industries: Fintech, Banking, e-Wallet, Super Apps, or Ride-hailing
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a senior-level pipeline from the ground up in a new or emerging market
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring commercial partnership agreements, revenue share models, or API/integration partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum; Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French, German, or another European language is a strong advantage
  • Established network of senior relationships within the target industry verticals in the region
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with a high degree of autonomy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with or for mobility platforms, corporate travel, or fleet technology companies
  • Prior experience in a regional or global remit, managing partnerships across multiple countries or jurisdictions
  • Track record of closing first-of-kind or complex ecosystem partnerships
  • Experience with API-led commercial partnerships or technology integration deals

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive base salary with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure
  • Equity participation for senior hires
  • Flexible working arrangement — remote-first with regional travel as required
  • Direct access to C-suite leadership and a fast-track career path as the company scales globally
  • A genuinely entrepreneurial environment where your deals shape the growth trajectory of the company

MARKET CONTEXT

Europe is a mature but dynamic market undergoing significant transformation in corporate mobility, open banking, and embedded payments. The UK, France, and Germany represent the three largest enterprise partnership opportunities on the continent. The Partnerships Director for Europe will target Tier 1 financial institutions, travel management companies, and digital mobility operators looking for reliable, scalable fleet capacity.
