Job Description

The Director of Technology is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions for the organization. This includes managing the IT department, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and reliability of the organization's technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
• Ensure the security and reliability of the organization's technology infrastructure
• Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions, including software and hardware
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for new technology solutions
• Manage technology budgets and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technology leadership role
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking
• Experience managing a team of technology professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement technology strategies that align with organizational goals
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for new technology solutions
