Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Director of Training will lead the strategic vision, development and execution of commercial learning, field capability and launch readiness initiatives in support of the successful launch and sustained growth of Tegoprazan, a novel potassium competitive acid blocker (P-CAB).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the commercial learning and field effectiveness strategy aligned with organizational priorities and launch objectives.
- Design and implement scalable learning programs that enhance field capabilities across all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, product training, selling skills, leadership development, and ongoing professional development.
- Establish and implement key metrics to track and communicate level of value and impact of sales training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership team to support skill reinforcement and coaching alignment consistent with the broader sales training program.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure appropriate integration of sales and marketing materials into all new hire and ongoing learning training programs.
- Manage, design, and deliver high impact sales training for National Sales Meetings and Regional Sales Meetings.
- Conduct training needs assessments and design continuous learning initiatives consistent with findings and needs of the business.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and certification bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as required to support organizational success.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience delivering sales training, onboarding, or field development programs within biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading launch readiness and commercial training programs within a specialty healthcare environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and selling frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross functional stakeholder relationships
- Flexibility to travel as needed including quarterly in person Commercial meetings at Braintree and other locations.
Salary Range: $150-180K annual salary (this reflects our reasonable and good faith estimate of what will be paid at the time of posting). Competitive benefits package included.
