Directing a team of four Operations Support & Asset Managers across four cities, this leader drives cross-functional strategy and alignment with School Leadership, Operations, Finance, Procurement (including Amazon), Talent, Academics, and IT to deliver seamless, highly responsive operational support.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network-Wide Asset Strategy, Governance & Operations Support

  • Architect and lead the network-wide physical asset strategy, establishing standardized SOPs, inventory control policies, workroom governance, and asset lifecycle tracking across all 40+ school sites.

  • Establish expectations and operational frameworks for staff workroom logistics, budget management, PTO/coverage models, and central office support hours in schools.

  • Design communication and change management loops to socialize operational updates, ensuring campus staff understand and feel supported by resource allocation systems.

  • Design and facilitate training for school based asset leads.

  • Govern operational service delivery standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service-level agreements (SLAs) for non-tech assets.

  • Manage end to end process for school uniform procurement and ID systems, including vendor management, school workflow, and family experience.

  • Manage non-tech supply chains, warehouse operations, multi-site moves, and central office workplace culture and logistics.

  • Architect and govern the end-to-end curriculum and furniture supply chain strategy, overseeing procurement forecasting, adoption-aligned ordering, centralized warehousing, and just-in-time delivery to campuses to ensure zero instructional downtime.

Systems Architecture & Data Analytics

  • Build, scale, and optimize robust data tracking systems and predictive inventory models for all staff support functions and non-tech physical assets.

  • Synthesize feedback from network-wide survey processes to address support gaps and directly impact the Q12 'supplies and materials' engagement metric.

  • Establish and execute a routine audit schedule for campus workroom readiness, asset utilization, and supply chain efficiency across 40+ sites.

  • Synthesize operational analytics and inventory trends to present regular operational dashboards and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Formalize long-term capital planning for asset replacement cycles grounded in ROI and cost-per-pupil.

  • Provide direct people leadership, coaching, goal-setting, and professional development for a distributed team of 4 Operations Support & Asset Managers across 4 cities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Academics, Talent, and IT leadership to integrate asset lifecycles with network budgeting, instructional adoption, and technical setups.

  • Drive accountability across cross-functional partners who manage touchpoints in the supply chain to maintain alignment with operational goals and service level expectations.

  • Foster a service-oriented operational culture, maintaining responsive and proactive support channels for school leaders and campus staff.

  • Develop and execute a strategic workplace culture and team recognition framework, designing scalable routines and engagement initiatives that boost morale, foster community, and strengthen central office staff retention.
