Role Description

The Director, People & Leadership Excellence will lead the development and implementation of people strategies that support Pop To It!’s mission and global community. This part-time remote role involves designing and refining leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and wellness-infused learning experiences for purpose-driven clients and internal collaborators.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and improving people processes, mentoring emerging leaders, facilitating virtual trainings, and partnering with the founder to align culture, talent practices, and business goals. The director will also analyse program feedback, refine content for leadership and success education, nurture a supportive community environment, and ensure that all initiatives reflect the company’s values of wellbeing, clarity, and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in people strategy, organisational development, and leadership coaching, preferably within personal development, wellness, or education-focused businesses.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development, success education, or talent programs, including virtual workshops, mentoring frameworks, and community-based initiatives.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaborative decision-making, with the ability to work closely with founders, partners, and a distributed global community.
• Proficiency in remote work practices, including digital collaboration tools, virtual facilitation, and managing programs across different time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication, confident virtual presentation, and the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible learning experiences.
• Background in HR, leadership development, coaching, or a related field; relevant certifications in coaching, organisational psychology, or wellness are beneficial.
• Values-aligned mindset with a strong interest in wellbeing, mindset work, and helping individuals create sustainable, purpose-driven success.
• Proven ability to work independently in a part-time capacity, prioritise multiple initiatives, and adapt quickly in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
