Role Purpose:

The Director, Product Management drives the overall product vision and strategy for the company, ensuring the delivery of innovative and market-leading mobile applications. Achieve this by leading cross-functional product teams, collaborating closely with executive leadership, aligning product development with company goals, and fostering a customer-centric culture to maintain the company’s competitive edge and growth trajectory.

In this role you will:

• Drive by example and setting a higher bar for product management execution across the company alongside building and leading high-performing product management teams to deliver exceptional products and features that meet business goals and deliver customer value to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
• Establish and set the overall product vision and strategy across the company's products, to align product delivery efforts with business objectives and user needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end product process, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring the delivery of user-centric, market desired, and technologically feasible solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team, ensuring that the company remains competitive and continues to deliver cutting-edge products.
• Implement & iterate on effective product operation workflow and best practices among the product managers to ensure high-quality deliverables across products.
• Mentor and develop product leaders within the team by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth, ensuring they are equipped to drive product excellence and lead their own teams effectively.
• Manage budgets and allocate product management & technical writing resources, tools effectively by engaging in financial planning, cost control, cost-benefit analysis to maximise return on investment and ensure project success.
• General Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.
  
  

You're a great fit if you have:

• 14+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on driving strategic vision and market success.
• 5+ years of experience in people management for product management at companies with large scale, high-volume mobile or web apps.
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful product launches, highlighting strategic contributions and impact on business goals.
• Strong bias for action with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Mastery in product lifecycle management and strategic product planning.
• Exceptional in market analysis, competitive strategy, and product visioning.
• Exceptional with product management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and driving agile transformation within product teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing, supporting, and growing a team of product managers.
• Proven team management and interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively achieving results and driving projects to completion.
• Track record of leading products from concept to deployment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
