Is this job info correct?

Thank you for considering a career at Ensemble! Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, including hospitals and affiliated physician groups. They offer end-to-end revenue cycle solutions as well as a comprehensive suite of point solutions to clients across the country. Ensemble keeps communities healthy by keeping hospitals healthy. We recognize that healthcare requires a human touch, and we believe that every touch should be meaningful. This is why our people are the most important part of who we are. By empowering them to challenge the status quo, we know they will be the difference! O.N.E Purpose: Customer Obsession: Consistently provide exceptional experiences for our clients, patients, and colleagues by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Embracing New Ideas: Continuously innovate by embracing emerging technology and fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. Striving for Excellence: Execute at a high level by demonstrating our “Best in KLAS” Ensemble Difference Principles and consistently delivering outstanding results. The Opportunity: Ensemble Health Partners is standing up a Product Program Management function. The Director, Product Program Management builds and leads the function. Our technology and innovation/product organization runs on an initiative/pod structure. Cross-functional teams move products through a defined Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) with maturity gates and a regular planning cadence. Our Product Operations team owns the tools and processes behind that system. Product Program Managers are embedded with product teams and apply those standards consistently, so we can ship strong products that improve revenue cycle operations. The Director owns the discipline behind that work: the team of Product Program Managers, the playbooks and standards they run on, and the portfolio-level view of how programs are performing. The function is new, and its first leader will define how it operates — starting with selecting and onboarding the founding team. What You'll Do You'll lead a team of 3 to 5 Product Program Managers, each covering 2 to 3 pods or initiative areas. You will also lead 1-2 pods yourself. Your job is to make the whole system work: the right people on the right pods, consistent standards across every program, and a portfolio view leadership can act on. Day to day, that means: Building and leading the team. You select, develop, and evaluate the Product Program Managers, assign them to pods, and set the bar for what good program management looks like at Ensemble. Owning the discipline. The playbooks, templates, and norms the team runs on are yours to establish, improve, and enforce — in partnership with Product Operations, who own the underlying processes and tooling. Owning the portfolio view. You aggregate program health, risk, and value realization across all pods into reporting that TPI leadership can compare and act on. Serving as the escalation point. What your team can't clear, you clear — or you carry it to TPI leadership with options and a recommendation. Owning the leadership-level partnerships. You work with Product Operations on how the operating model evolves, and with Product & Innovation and Engineering leadership on how the function serves their teams. How You'll Work You'll work most closely with a few groups. Product & Innovation leaders are your primary clients for you and your team. They own product strategy, priorities, and value definition — your function exists so their programs move from decision to delivery with rigor. You are not responsible for product decisions, strategy, prioritization, or value definitions; you're accountable for making sure the people who own them can see them through. Product Operations designs the processes, tools, and standards your team applies. You're the co-design partner: your team's field experience shapes how the operating model improves each cycle, adn your team puts the operating model into action at the pod and initiative level. Engineering builds and ships the work. Sprint execution stays with Engineering; your team coordinates around it, and you own that boundary at the leadership level. Your team of Product Program Managers runs autonomously in their pods. You lead through portfolio reviews, development, and clear standards — not day-to-day direction. What You Bring Required: 10+ years of product program management or product-oriented project management experience, including driving software or technology products through a full development lifecycle. Direct people-management experience: hiring or selecting team members, developing them, and conducting performance evaluations. Experience managing a portfolio of programs, not just individual programs — including portfolio-level reporting, resourcing decisions, and cross-program risk management. Fluency navigating a structured PDLC: gate criteria, phase transitions, and what a healthy program looks like at each stage. Strong executive communication: you can carry a portfolio story, an escalation, or a hard tradeoff to senior leadership and land it. Tolerance for ambiguity and real interest in building a new function, including the unglamorous parts. Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require. This position pays between $122,900-180,350 based on experience Preferred: Prior experience standing up or leading a PMO, program management, or product operations function. Healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM) experience. Familiarity with product and delivery tooling such as Aha!, monday.com, or Azure DevOps. Experience working in an agile or similar scaled planning cadence. #LI-MT1 #LI-Remote Join an award-winning company Five-time winner of “Best in KLAS” 2020-2022, 2024-2025 Black Book Research's Top Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing Solution 2021-2024 22 Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) MAP Awards for High Performance in Revenue Cycle 2019-2024 Leader in Everest Group's RCM Operations PEAK Matrix Assessment 2024 Clarivate Healthcare Business Insights (HBI) Revenue Cycle Awards for strong performance 2020, 2022-2023 Energage Top Workplaces USA 2022-2024 Fortune Media Best Workplaces in Healthcare 2024 Monster Top Workplace for Remote Work 2024 Great Place to Work certified 2023-2024 Innovation Work-Life Flexibility Leadership Purpose + Values Bottom line, we believe in empowering people and giving them the tools and resources needed to thrive.
