Be part of Getinge as a Director SAP Sales & Service and IT Applications EMEA (m/f/d) Your responsibilities Lead and manage the SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM areas, including direct leadership of the respective Senior Managers Act as the central IT point of contact for business stakeholders across the European region Lead and oversee international IT projects Drive the global implementation of ERP, FSM, and GTS components Ensure and further develop SAP system configuration and customizing in the areas of Sales and Service Hold budget responsibility for relevant IT initiatives (ERP, FSM, GTS) Manage and coordinate external consultants and service providers Ensure effective collaboration between IT and business functions Maintain compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements Your profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading leaders (Senior Managers, Team Leads) Strong expertise in SAP system configuration and customizing, particularly in Sales and Service environments Solid experience with SAP SD, GTS, and Service/FSM Proven track record in leading international IT projects Strong understanding of sales and service business processes Experience in ABAP development is an advantage Proactive, analytical, and structured working style Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Strong ability to manage expectations and balance conflicting priorities Very good English skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration Interest in innovative technologies and new trends Our offer High-quality products in a life-saving environment Attractive conditions, 30 vacation days per year Trusted working hours and possibility of mobile working Modern workplace equipment JobRad and corporate benefits (employee discounts) Career opportunities in a well-known company Individual training and further education opportunities #LI-KS2 About us With a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
