Director / Senior Manager – Global Financial Systems & ERP

Hybrid – Warwick / Remote | 1–2 days per week onsite

12-Month FTC | £80,000–£100,000 + 40% bonus + 28 days holiday

A global organisation is looking for an experienced Director / Senior Manager to lead its global Finance Systems and ERP function across the UK and US.

This is a senior operational leadership role, managing large, globally distributed teams of 50+, including onshore and offshore resources, while driving improvements across Finance Systems, ERP, financial processes, controls and accounting operations.

You’ll bring:

• Senior Manager / Director-level operational leadership experience
• Experience managing large global teams, ideally 50+ across UK/US and offshore
• Strong Finance Systems / ERP experience
• SAP exposure advantageous – ECC, S/4HANA and/or GRC (expertise not essential)
• Finance qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting and controls
• Background within a major end-user organisation, consultancy or Big 4
